Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trump Signal Tracker website and service (the “Service”), operated by Trump Signal Tracker (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using any part of the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent in-app notice.

Trump Signal Tracker is an independent, third-party news aggregation service. We aggregate publicly available posts, news articles, and media coverage into a single real-time feed, add market context, and deliver alerts based on your preferences.

Important disclaimer: Trump Signal Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, Truth Social, any Trump-affiliated entity, or any political campaign or committee. Use of the name “Trump” is solely for descriptive purposes to identify the subject of the publicly available content being aggregated.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may only create one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent plan limits or suspensions is prohibited.

The Service offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and included features are listed on the Pricing page.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All payments are in US dollars.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain Pro access until that date. We do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by applicable law.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, you agree to the new price.

Refunds

All sales are final except where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at support@trumpsignaltracker.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data to third parties without our permission.
• Use API keys or webhook endpoints to access data beyond the limits of your subscription plan.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content through the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

Pro subscribers may generate API keys and configure webhook endpoints. API access is subject to the rate limits documented in the Service. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these Terms or that cause harm to the Service or other users.

API keys are personal and must not be shared publicly (e.g. committed to public repositories). You are responsible for all usage under your API key.

All original software, design, trademarks, and branding of the Service are owned by Trump Signal Tracker. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.

Aggregated content (news articles, social media posts) remains the property of the respective original publishers and authors. We aggregate content under fair use principles for informational, non-commercial news-summary purposes. If you are a rights holder and believe your content is being used improperly, contact us at support@trumpsignaltracker.com.

The Service aggregates publicly available news and posts for informational purposes only. Nothing on Trump Signal Tracker constitutes financial, investment, trading, political, or legal advice. Market data shown alongside posts is provided without warranty of accuracy or timeliness. You should consult qualified professional advisers before making any financial or investment decisions.

We are not responsible for any trading losses, financial decisions, or other actions taken based on content viewed through the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

Alert latency and feed update frequency are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUMP SIGNAL TRACKER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $10.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trump Signal Tracker and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If we terminate your account for breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from the Account settings page.

Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (No Financial or Political Advice), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Indemnification) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION.

Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
